You can enjoy fresh fruits and their benefits. So here it goes, Today I will offer you a Blueberry Smoothie Dessert!
Blueberries have the greatest antioxidant capacity, combat aging, help reduce fat in the abdomen, help maintain the brain health and fight against cancer.

Blueberry Digestion Delight

INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
1 frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut yoghurt or soy yoghurt (with no added sugar)
1 tbsp maca powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup (for extra sweeteness)
ice-cubes to serve

METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve in a tall glass, and add ice cubes (if necessary).
4. Garnish with cocunut flakes and fresh blueberies 💜
