Ever since I’ve given up on eating animal-based foods and have transitioned to eating a plant-based vegan diet, many people have asked me similar questions; “Giulia, do you eat just salads?”
And my answer to this is, “No, I do not eat just salads, there are many plant-based recipes that are so delicious and super-satisfying.” Its amazing to find new recipes and creating creative combinations that you know are really good for your body and are not harmful for the environment.
And throughout these years, I’ve created some amazing recipes that have helped me lose and maintain my weight, give me energy and to feel like I’m really eating delicious foods. I don’t feel deprived and I know that everything that I eat is healthy for my body.
