From tears to smiles...

Since I’ve discovered that authentic happiness can arise from pain, I made it my mission to bring a spark of hope into other lives. And after years of search and loss, I’m happy to have set up The Light Now! Theory – with the potential to inspire millions of good life stories.

It took a lot of passion and dedication to come up with my 21st century journey to the core of your unique greatness. And here I am now, a free soul, still building on my foundation – adding my 2 blue-ribbon e-books, filming videos on Giulia TV, and building a loyal following worldwide!

But how did it all begin?

MY JOURNEY Who am I?

I’m Giulia Nahmany. An actress, entrepreneur, and humanitarian I’ve spent the past years acting in movies, presenting TV shows, singing, becoming a wife and mother, until I realized I had lost touch with my tiny, inner detective. And all those answers I was seeking were still out there, unresolved.

I’m no longer that fearful, scrawny little girl dragged from Israel to Belgium, and then to Romania in just a few years. But I still have her searching eyes and curious nature, which made me seek answers to questions that have bugged all of humanity from the early Neanderthals: ‘What’s our purpose in this Universe?’ ‘What am I supposed to do with my life?’ ‘Who am I meant to be?’ I bet you’re also familiar with these 3 mind-bogglers…

MY JOURNEY Knocked down and picked up again

As days went by, the questions grew larger, and so did my insecurities. Living in the spotlight, I found it difficult to know who I am anymore. The more I struggled to discover my identity, the more comfort I found in greasy, fat-filled food. And although I was giving my best both on stage and out, I often felt judged and put down by the ridiculous standards of the curiously archaic “modern” society we live in.

But this rock only met her hard bottom in 2014, after my mother lost her painful battle with cancer. All those “why me? “questions, insecurities, and fear, all the pain and frustration of the world swept me into my dark days. I was chasing my own demons, and I fell deeper into what felt like a black hole.

Still, I had LOVE in my life. And it was the love of my husband and my girls that made me climb my way back into the light. And with my own awakening came the answers I was chasing after all this time.

So, I pushed through! Acting in movies. Writing and Producing films, fighting for humanitarian causes, and being a good wife and mother. Chasing my own identity, finding my purpose, surviving unspeakable pain, feeling shame and guilt – I did it all. And I’m here now: living, writing proof that hearts can be broken and souls can be crushed… but you can always hit the reboot button.

So trust me when I say, you are capable of anything imaginable!

You can find your own path. Be what you seek. Heal your body inside and out. Live a healthy, and happy, beautiful life. A life filled with confidence, love, and balance. I believe you can really have it all! But this doesn’t mean you won’t make mistakes anymore. You’ll just know how to take advantage of your flaws. It doesn’t mean you’ll be perfect, but whole. Fulfilled!

Because I believe that true change and authentic happiness are already hardwired deep into our DNA. Greatness is hidden inside. And all it takes is a tiny positive spark to trigger your journey back to light.

It’s time to see who you were meant to be!

And in the 21st century, that means building a wonderful online community, writing e-books, and developing future products that are meant especially for you. Because this is my job now: to enlighten the whole of you. You deserve to live that life you’ve always dreamt of, and by receiving these wonderful tools, you will be able to enjoy that greatness that is already in you.

So we included a shop to raise your spirit and help with your good life journey, as well as online programs for tapping into your true potential. But there’s also a full online video library on Giulia TV, and tons of free content to browse through on LifeTalk, my weekly online magazine.

So there’s more to this community than meets the eye. And because you got to this point of the story, I’m deeply grateful! But I can’t wait for you to discover the whole tale! Yet, if you’re still waiting for a righteous guru or fancy words that sound cool, but no one really understands, I can’t help you here. I’m more of a speak-from-the-heart, personal experience, share-it-all kind of gal. So I’ll pour my soul out in these pages, if it helps you discover your inner strength.
