You agree that LIGHTNOW THEORY INC S.R.L. shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms. No further notification to you in this regard and no further consent from you is needed. However, you do not have the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Romaniana courts.
