I love sunmer! Always have and always will, but I gotta admit that too much heat can have some impact on our bodies.

This morning I woke up, I ran to my BODYLIGHT program and boom! A summer smoothie ! Exactly what I needed to start the week in full energy mode.
It is a moisturizing and vitamin-rich smoothie that will give you all the energy that you need for a Monday full of amazing activities.
Its super easy to make and in 5 minutes you can have a delicious refreshing drink!

Giulia`s Berry Smoothie
 
Ingredients :
1 cup frozen berries
1 frozen banana
3 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon maca powder
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk ( or any plant-based milk)
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or any sweetener of your choice
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
